Booking your event team is simple. Start by selecting the service your event needs, then choose the number of Event Professionals you would like to book. A minimum of 2 Event Professionals is required for every event. They do not have to provide the same service—for example, you may book one Handyman and one Event Helper.

Next, select the Staff Experience Level, such as Royal Treatment, if available. Premium experience levels may include an additional hourly charge. Then select the Service Location based on where your event will take place.

For Quantity, enter the number of hours you need the service. Please note that all staffing services require a 4-hour minimum per Event Professional.

Next, complete the Event Intake Form so we can gather the information needed to properly prepare for your event. Please also review our Refund & Cancellation Policy and other service policies.

All services must be paid in full before your event is officially booked. By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to Dedicated to Event Excellence service policies and terms.
